The app is good and looks like working fine. I just don't get what the ad "Autoguidovie" alone means at the bus stop. If you want to make the whole experience effective, you have to write "use the Autoguidovie app to buy tickets online". Writing "Autoguidovie" alone does not help who has no endless time to run to the closest tabacchino to buy tickets. Italians are ridiculous as always

Dear Iacopo, thank you for your suggestion. Autoguidovie is working to improve its service more and more and, to do so, it would be useful to send a report by filling out the form on the autoguidovie.it website in the "Assistance". Thank you

I was playing Pokémon Go, trying to catch a Pokémon, when the driver didn't stop, causing me to lose the Pokémon. I'm very disappointed. Also, I was taking a photo for a quest, but the driver continued to drive. I'll never ride this bus again.
