The Saudi Visa Bio app is the simplest way for visitors to Saudi Arabia to securely submit their biometric data as part of their visa application process.

Once you have applied for a visa to enter Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Visa Bio app will help you submit your fingerprints and facial image. Using this app you can complete your biometric enrollment process anytime, anywhere — no need to visit or queue at a Visa Service Center, all you need is your smartphone and passport.

With the Saudi Visa Bio app you can easily:
- Submit your personal information, such as passport details and visa application number
- Submit your biometric information i.e., facial image and fingerprints
- Complete your biometric enrollment process in real-time in under 10 minutes

To complete the biometric enrollment process the Saudi Visa Bio app will need to collect:
- A valid email address
- A photo capture of your passport and the passport details
- A photo capture of your face
- A photo capture of your fingers

Your privacy is important to us; the data collected will only be used to verify your identity in order to complete your visa application process. All collected data will be automatically deleted from the app once the biometric enrollment has been completed.

The Saudi Biometric Enrollment app is currently available for the following visas:
- Umrah

Please note that you have to be aged 6+ to use the Saudi Biometric Enrollment app. Users under 18 years of age can only use the app under adult supervision.

Ratings and reviews

I can't verify my email address, hence unable to proceed further with the process. The verification email have been delivered to my personal email inbox, but when I clicked the link provided, the app keep saying that there is something wrong, and ask me to go to the nearest Saudi Arabia embassy / consulate... 😑 Uninstalled and reinstalled with no success so far.

This apps really suck, they should improve on AI detectors to detect the fingerprint. It takes more than 10 minutes to scan one finger then after all fingerprints fully scanned, another problem occurred. Actually 1 star is too much for this apps, who's the developer, if Saudi was the developer, they should invest more into this apps because i can see this apps can be more helpful if you guys read all these reviews and improve it

"Plan Background Required" Error I recently downloaded this app. However, I'm incredibly frustrated by a persistent issue. Whenever I try to take a picture, I get a message that says "plan background required." Tried different backgrounds but same error.
