Bonus, we make a deal, and he agrees to attend three holiday events with me so I can make him fall in love with Christmas. As if I’d pass up an opportunity to make a Grinch’s heart grow three times its size.

It isn’t long until I discover Andrew has a very real reason to hate Christmas and I start to see him in a different light. That’s when the Christmas miracle begins.

It’s the holiday season and let’s be honest it wouldn’t be magical without a romance from Piper Rayne and this one is grumpy, grinch Andrew and all things Christmas Kenzie’s wonderful journey. John Lane and CJ Bloom did a wonderful job with the narration and they added their only little bit of magic to put you in the mood for the upcoming holiday season. They hit every emotion and it was a pleasure to listen to their wonderful voices as they brought the characters and there story to life.

When Kenzie showed up for her blind date she never expected that it would be with her brother's best friend. Andrew is an uptight lawyer who couldn't be more different from Kenzie. As they spend time together the sparks fly but will the magic of Christmas be enough to overcome his past and the differences between them. The narrators brought out the personality of the characters and the feelings between them.

The narration by John Lane and Carly Robins was spot on. Their voices are easy to listen to and suited the characters and the heart warming Christmas story that Piper Rayne wove. There were so many swoon worthy moments and if this book doesn’t put you in the mood for the holidays, then I don’t know what will. One click this Christmas novella, it may be short but it rang all my bells.
