About this ebook
內痔是指發生在肛門齒線以上，黏膜以下的痔上靜脈叢擴大和曲張，形成柔軟的靜脈團。是肛門疾病中常見病之一，好發於膀胱截石位3、7、11點。青壯年發病率最高，男性高於女性，根據病程可分為三期。內痔的病因多由於過度飲食不節、長期便秘、泄瀉，婦女妊娠、負重、久站、久坐等誘因，造成臟腑陰陽不調，氣血運行不暢，經絡受阻，燥熱內生，血熱相搏，氣血縱橫，筋脈交錯，結滯不散而成。
內痔的治療分保守療法和手術療法兩種。保守療法以內服、外治為主，治療原則宜涼血清熱通腑。保守療法僅適宜於Ⅰ、Ⅱ期內痔，或因老年體虛，或有嚴重慢性病不宜手術者，均適於保守療法，Ⅲ期內痔宜用手術治療。
