Have been trying to find a recipe book targeting diabetics with chinese ethnic group and this is the one! Can't wait to try out the recipes!

陳國賓畢業於香港中文學食品及營養科學系,其後轉往英國列斯都市大學進修醫療營養學,並考獲基層健康護理碩士學位。回港後加入衛生署,負責長者膳食治療及社區營養推動活動。其後加入香港幼兒教育及服務聯會健康生活小組,積極參與社區健康推廣活動。
