菲爾．哈金斯 (Phil Harkins)╱連結企管顧問公司（Linkage, Inc.）執行長。連結企管顧問專門提供顧問諮詢以及主管培訓服務，執行長哈金斯有多本著作，包括《高明談話技巧》（Powerful Conversations）、《培訓領導人才之藝術與實務》（The Art and Practice of Leadership Coaching）等書，經常應邀主講有關領導力的議題。在創辦連結企管顧問之前，哈金斯曾任職吉恩公司（Keane, Inc.）、雷神系統公司（Raytheon）高階主管，並在波士頓大學擔任教職以及高階行政管理工作。哈金斯畢業於默里邁克學院（Merrimack College），並擁有哈佛大學三項高等教育學位。
