Jacku Yu 余健志 星級名廚•囍宴創辦人。Jacku Yu充滿了對食物的熱情和對藝術的熱忱，是具創意的美食藝術家。於2000年創立了囍宴，由只有三張小桌子的實驗廚房「囍宴私房菜」，至最高峰在港擁有五間餐廳，更將他的美食概念引進至新加坡、上海。他透過美食、烹飪的交流，凝聚各地美食愛好者，一起品嘗食物的美好。
