【著者プロフィール】
青木雄二（あおきゆうじ）
1945年京都生まれ。岡山県立津山工業高校を卒業後、電鉄会社、地方公務員を経て、主として各種水商売のボーイ、店員を経験。その後、デザイン事務所経営。1990年に『週刊モーニング』誌に『ナニワ金融道』で漫画家デビューし、大反響を呼ぶ。
1988年には、第2回「手塚治虫文化賞」を受賞。漫画家引退後は、その鋭い金銭感覚と歯に衣を着せない発言で講演、執筆などで活躍。2003年没。
