머 리 말 이 책은 학교폭력예방 및 대책에 관한 법률 제17조에 따라 조치를 받은 행정처분의 법률상 이해관계 당사자들이 행정구제를 도모하고자 할 때 도움을 주기 위한 책이다. 학교폭력예방 및 대책에 관한 법률은 피해학생을 보호하고 가해학생의 선도ㆍ교육 및 피해학생과 가해학생 간의 분쟁조정을 통하여 학생의 인권을 보호하고 학생을 건전한 사회구성원으로 육성함을 목적으로 하는 법이다. 이러한 과정에서 위법하고 부당하게 권리를 침해당하였다면 정당하게 행정구제를 받아야 할 것이다. 그러한 행정구제 과정에서 억울한 당사자들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되기를 기원한다. 2022. 2. 1 천진우
