About this ebook

A tender addition to the #1 bestselling Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas, bridging the events of A Court of Wings and Ruin and A Court of Silver Flames.

Feyre, Rhysand, and their friends are still busy rebuilding the Night Court and the vastly altered world beyond, recovering from the war that changed everything. But Winter Solstice is finally approaching, and with it, the joy of a hard-earned reprieve.

Yet even the festive atmosphere can't keep the shadows of the past from looming. As Feyre navigates her first Winter Solstice as High Lady, her concern for those dearest to her deepens. They have more wounds than she anticipated-scars that will have a far-reaching impact on the future of their court.

Bridging the events of A Court of Wings and Ruin with the later books in the series, A Court of Frost and Starlight explores the far-reaching effects of a devastating war and the fierce love between friends.

I am still struggling to finish it and it is only about 300 pages. It is bland and boring and the characters that I fell in love with throughout this series are flat and there isn't really much story. There is no humor and no passion. I am so disappointed. I rarely leave poor reviews but this deserves it. Next time, Mr. Maas, write something with depth. Your did it 3x in this series. So I know you can do it well. Please go back to that.

I STRUGGLED through this book. of the series its become my least favorite so far. it felt like everyone has so much trauma from the war but instead of talking through it they choose to put on a happy face for the holidays. this felt like a filler book and didn't really make me like or dislike the characters anymore. also the tamlin portion felt unnecessary. I wouldn't read again and if you do want to read this maybe check it out from a library instead of wasting money on it

A Court of Frost and Starlight was a delightful interlude between the more intense installments of the series. It was like a cozy winter's night spent with old friends, catching up and enjoying the quieter moments. I appreciated the focus on character development and world-building, as it allowed us to see the characters in a more relaxed setting
