Acerca del autor

John Girard, PhD, is a tenured full professor of management at Minot State University where he teaches graduate and undergraduate business classes. He is the founder and Chief Knowledge Strategist of Sagology, a firm dedicated to connecting people with people to facilitate collaboration, learning, and knowledge sharing through keynotes, workshops, and consulting.

JoAnn Girard is the cofounder and managing partner of Sagology. She has worked on a variety of knowledge-intensive research projects that considered issues such as information anxiety, enterprise dementia, and organizational memories. JoAnn’s other books include A Leader’s Guide to Knowledge Management: Drawing on the Past to Enhance Future Performance (Business Expert Press 2009) and Social Knowledge: Using Social Media to Know What You Know (IGI Global 2011).
