Very informative and helpful book in controlling and getting rid of anger. With the help of this book you don't need to spend any more money on anger management therapy. It has helped me to achieve total control of my emotions. The outbursts are under control and surprisingly other emotions are also in check. It is all about control, and being the master of your own emotions, and this book has helped me see beyond my normalcy. God bless this author for a wonderful gift.
