About this ebook
Mit meiner kleinen Rezeptsammlung, möchte ich allen Hobbyköchen Mut machen auch mal alte sächsisch/deutsche Küche auszuprobieren.
Jedes Rezept koche ich regelmäßig in meiner kleinen Küche und immer wieder schmeckt es uns.
Ich habe Angst das diese Küche alte DDR Küche ausstirbt und deshalb habe ich angefangen alles nieder zu schreiben.
Ich werde mit Sicherheit einige Bücher schreiben, weil die Palette Riesengroß ist. Angefangen von Salaten, Kuchen, Gebäck, Suppen, Eintöpfe und Fleischgerichte. Es gab zwar nicht viel in der DDR, aber gehungert hat niemand.
