About the author

Partha S. Ghose, PMP® presently a President and Chief – Projects at Kalyani Steels Limited, a part of the Kalyani Group, Pune, India, is a post-graduate in engineering and technology from a premiere institute of India. He has over four decades of rich experience managing large and mega integrated metallurgical projects in the iron & steel, copper and aluminum sectors including associated infrastructure, chemical and power projects, from field execution level to senior leadership levels in organisations like SAIL, SMS, Ispat, Hindalco, Vedanta… to name a few . For a sizeable period of this long journey, he had also been responsible for managing integrated operations and the maintenance of such plants.
