Neben einer Hinführung zum ehrenamtlichen Tun werden der Kompetenzbegriff sowie die Kompetenzaneignung außerhalb von Schulungen und Fortbildungen näher erläutert. Neben dem theoretischen Teil werden im empirischen Teil die aufgezeigten Aspekte verstärkt und nochmals näher betrachtet.
