Amelia Atwater-Rhodes lives in Concord, Massachusetts, with her family. Born in 1984, she wrote her first novel, In the Forests of the Night, at age thirteen. Demon in My View was written two years later. Named one of the "20 Teens Who Will Change the World" by Teen People, Atwater-Rhodes has been featured in Seventeen, Entertainment Weekly, USA Today, and The New Yorker, and has appeared on The Rosie O'Donnell Show and CBS This Morning.
