Thomas M. Cappels is a best-selling author with an extensive background in project management and education. His credentials include over 20 years of experience at Lockheed Martin as project manager on projects such as the Hubble Space Telescope and Space Station Freedom and over 10 years of experience in education as controller of the San Mateo County Office of Education and Course Developer/Adjunct Professor for the University of Phoenix. Cappels has presented more than 50 technical papers, appeared on radio and TV, lectured at numerous educational functions, and authored more than 100 publications.
