Her works include Perfect Phrases for Managers and Supervisors, How to Say It: Performance Reviews, and Speak Strong. She has consulted for such agencies as the FBI, the IRS, as well as companies such as IBM. She lives in Colorado. 

Janelle Brittain is a Certified Speaking Professional and founded the Dynamic Performance Institute, designed to assist companies increase their overall performance, internal communications skills, and interactions. In addition to her work with Dynamic Performance Institute, Brittain has written several books including How to Say It: Performance Reviews: Phrases and Strategies for Painless and Productive Performance Reviews, and Star Team Dynamics: 12 Lessons Learned from Experienced Team Builders.
