I'm about 8 months away from my wedding, and my fiance and I are loving this cookbook. The authors make the theory behind a low-glycemic diet easy to understand. And even though neither my fiance nor I are diabetic, we're learning more about general pitfalls so that we can do our best to avoid those circumstances in the future. It's hard to find a dieting cookbook that doesn't put you into debt. But these recipes are ideal: tasty, easy to make, and they all fit our tight budget! Thank you, Complete Idiots.
