Just plain old good advice. not sure about the thinking process of folks who take issue with this philosophy. everybody can have their opinion, but for me this has been so useful and helpful in building loving, respectful and responsible relationship with my kids.

Feeling responsible and anxious for their mistakes. Being offended by nothing more than thier hormonal outburst. Remembering to let them do their own problem solving. This book is helping tremendously. I highly recommend it.

Great sequel to the orange book. I highly recommend reading this book when you have tweens!! Then, as the kids mature and challenge us, continue to reference the book and re-read which ever Pearl is applicable to the current concerns. GREAT advise!!!!! Made me a better mom!
