The Poison Princess and the Assassin are back together again. New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Lisa Renee Jones brings us the second part in the Poison Kisses serial and it is a heck of a lot steamier and even more suspenseful than the first. We pick up right where part one left off, Amanda and Seth demanding answers from each other regarding that night three years prior. They still don’t trust each other even after they have their answers, something just doesn’t add up. Will they figure out what’s going on before it’s too late? I really enjoyed part one, but that was just the back story. Now we are in the thick of the action. Seth and Amanda running, fighting and making love, well not really love but you get the picture. The intense passion that the two shared from day one is still evident in every look and felt with every touch. But they have a mission to accomplish and that means not falling for each other again. This is fun action packed read. It has its sexy moments and the thrill of danger is ever present. Of course, it ends on another cliffhanger, and whoa buddy, this one is a doozy! I cannot wait to dive into part three and find out what is happening and how it ends for Seth and Amanda. Four stars.

If you know anything about Lisa Renee Jones' work, you know that you truly know very little. You can guess, you can theorize, and you can hypothesize but you will never be 100% certain. Poison Kisses is no different. Seth Cage is running the show...or is he. Handlers, poisons, and killers oh my! What's the truth, what happened three years ago, and why now? I have no idea but I'm dying to find out!!! reviewed for Sweet Spot Sisterhood

Poison Kisses: Part 2 was a great 5 star read. We continue with part two of this great series and it is getting even better and more thrilling. In order to stay up with the series and not be lost I highly recommend starting with Part 1 first. This is Amanda and Seth’s story, we start where Part 1 left off. There seems to be a lot of struggle with trust, secrets, lies and a huge attraction to each other. They have some things from their past that they need to work on as they work together to get to Dr. Ross. We get flashbacks from three years ago and get a look at what went wrong for these two. This is a great lovers to enemies and back read. Will they be able to work out their differences and accomplish their goal of taking down Dr. Ross? This was a suspenseful on the edge of your seat read once again. The secondary characters added a good element to the story. And of course we end on a big heart stopping cliffhanger, I’m excited to start part 3 to see how this all will be wrapped up. Thank you Lisa for once again pulling me right in. P.S. I love Amanda’s cat, a great way to remember Lisa’s beautiful cat Julie. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
