Was mislead by the description of this book. I thought it would contain nice charts to quickly look at to see carb count in foods. It just mentions the carb count in the food within the suggested meals. When out and about I don't want too scroll through loads of pages to see if I can find the info. I tried to immediately get a refund but no matter how I try google play do not give the option too refund!
