Ratings and reviews

This is the first story in the "Immortal Ops: PSI-Ops". I loved it! It is a stand alone paranormal read with some connected characters. I really love the creativity this author shows in her story. It has a blend of shifter, vampire and more. I love the witty dialogue between the characters, especially the PSI-Ops team of brothers. Mercy and Duke are so perfect for each other. The attraction and chemistry between the characters is hot and off the charts. I picked up this one and could not put it down. I was glued and flipping pages. The story has fated mates finding each other, passion, suspense, danger, action and great twists and turns. I cannot wait to go read the other stories in the series.

PSI-OPS (Paranormal Security and Intelligence) Book 1 Duke Marlow is a wolf shifter and part of the PSI-Ops team, location classified! He is centuries old and pretty much doesn’t like anyone or anything. He especially hates paperwork, the computer and the phone. His one great pleasure is driving his boss and team Captain crazy. He takes great pleasure in that! He is just about to go out with his buddy when they are all called to the Captains office. They have intell on where their missing team member, James, is being held and they are off to Paris to try and free him. Oh yeah, he hates flying more than anything else! Mercy Deluca is a Biomedical Engineer that has spent her life in foster homes. The fact that she is super smart has always made her different and hard to fit in and find friends. When she lands the perfect job straight out of College working for The Corporation, she can hardly believe her luck! That is until she finds out what their research is really all about. They are trying to create a master race of Super Humans. Mercy is horrified by what she learns and is determined to free all the animals and test subjects from the Corporation, she just doesn’t know how, until she meets test subject 87P. He gives her the number and passwords to contact PSI-OPS. She sends the encrypted files to them, but never hears back from them. She also forgot to include the passwords by her name that tells them she is not the enemy. So now the team is coming and thinks she is the enemy. This is such a great book and the start of many in the series, I hope. The relationship between Mercy and the team is priceless and she and Duke are hilarious. Just because she is tiny doesn’t mean four hulking big men can boss her around and tell her what to do! Don’t miss the start of a great series. I loved this book and can't wait to read more from this series.Duke Marlow has been around for a long time he was a born Werewolf he work for PSI for as long as he can remember he hate technology and missed the old ways of doing things like filing reports by hand not computers .He hated flying but love the old ways of travel like trains and boats Duke hated everything.He's friend and long time team-mate James had been missing and presumed dead not even a trace of where and when it all happened.But that is all to change when one evening will trying to file report Duke get a very strange but interesting phone call have I mentioned Duke hates the phones at work there's people to handle that. Mercy Deluca is a brilliant scientist of her field she works for The Corporation who she thought was it to finding new cures to help man kind the truth of the work was totally different from what she hope for. What she found that was going on inside of the wall horrified her they were using living things such as humans and animals for test subjects for some sick experiments.When she decides to help free the subject she enlist the help of PSI but things do go as planed when the two meet
