im no athlete but i recently went vegan and needed nutrition information to make sure i wont miss anything and this book provides it. im really glad i got this book and i have some favorites already. thank you for a really nice cook book and a super recipe that saved my day twice now called "A bean, a green and a grain". and thanks for making the recipes easy to make and easy to understand while still tasting great! recommend this book to new vegans (or anyone looking for more plantbased recipes) even if youre not an athlete. it provides so much important info and tasty recipes.
