Book two in the Love on the Menu...Extra Hot series a story that held my interest until the last page. A well written story of two people coming together because of their exes. Calais Shepherd and Kane Hardesty's story has suspense, drama, danger, exes both ex-wife and ex-boyfriend, a arsonist, fire,and romance. I want to read more by this Author. I love stories where the couple’s chemistry happens right away and they realize their connection immediately and then it’s just their relationship developing from there. I absolutely loved it! The steamy scenes were absolutely scorching and it left all hot and bothered to quote Kane. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I really enjoyed Kane and Calais story these two were really great together but with lots of drama surrounding them will they be able to make a go of it and their businesses. This was a really good interesting read it is the second book in the series but easily reads as a standalone.

When her fingers aren't attached to her keyboard, Mellanie Szereto enjoys hiking, Pilates, cooking, gardening, and researching for her stories. Many times, the research partners with her other hobbies, taking her from the Hocking Hills region in Ohio to the Colorado Rockies and the Adirondacks of New York.
