Like the scenario of being cursed into stone; that’s what happens to Juliana when things don’t quite go the way she suspects when visiting a witch. Her husband, Merrick, is racing to find out how to save her. I’d recommend starting from the beginning of this series for the best understanding of these characters and this world. Plus, it’s entertaining! Loved the connection between Merrick and Juliana. Enjoyed the read!

A satisfying conclusion to the Realm Immortal series. Sadly not everyone can have their HEA - someone has to pay the price with a loss of what could have been. Dark, steamy, passionate, suspenseful - and an anti-hero of an MMC if ever there was one! Merrick and Juliana have to face treachery, separation and more - all while trying to hold onto the previous life of their unborn child.

What a conclusion. In this the final of the trilogy, the story returns to Juliana and Merrick. Despite happiness Queen Juliana want to put an end to the ongoing war. Her attempts lead to her being imprisoned in stone. Another wonderfully crafted tale. Excellent plot pace and filled with plenty of twists and turns. I am just sorry that this trilogy is finished. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
