He is the Founder and Managing Director of the Centre for Mindfulness Singapore. Kathir is a highly sought-after consultant on the role of mindfulness in the areas of education, leadership, teaching, learning, personal development, coaching, counselling, career development and stress management. He holds a PhD in Meditation and an MBA, and is a certified Yoga Instructor. His books include Mindfulness in 8 Days (2017) and Mindfulness for the Family (2020).
