Acerca del autor

SOLOMON MUSIKANT is Program Manager, Advanced Materials at General Electric Co., Space Systems Division, Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, where he is responsible for the development of new structural and electromagnetic materials for application in high performance aerospace vehicles. He has been- chairman of four international symposia sponsored by the Society of Photo-Optical and Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE). Dr. Musikant is the author of over 40 papers and holds four patents in the technology of glass applications and processes. He received the B.S. degree from Cooper Union Institute of Technology, M.S. degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, and Ph.D. degree (1967) from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
