I have recently read this book from Paul... and it really inspired me... thank you Paul for giving this gift to the world. There are tons of textbooks out there talking about Project Management... but rarely away from the concept and the technical knowledge... for the first time in long time I see a textbook that touches on a proposal how to tackle the real challenges that face the project team on the ground in their day to day business.
