I have recently read this book from Paul... and it really inspired me... thank you Paul for giving this gift to the world. There are tons of textbooks out there talking about Project Management... but rarely away from the concept and the technical knowledge... for the first time in long time I see a textbook that touches on a proposal how to tackle the real challenges that face the project team on the ground in their day to day business. I totally understand that there is no single solution that fits all, but what really inspired me was the analysis that Paul delivered on the pages of this priceless book which widened my perspective in looking into my version of the project challenges. Not to forget the fresh look at PMO from the eyes of project managers which I have not come across in any textbook before 'usually PMO looking at PMs'. H.E.
