Leadership has effectively lost its licence to lead. Progressive Leadership investigates the purpose, principles, perspectives, and priorities of the prevailing theory of the firm which directs and colours the process of leadership in terms of operational decision making and interaction with other enfranchised investors. Greg Park spent over thirty years in senior executive roles within financial services. He is presently Managing Director of PCM Consulting specialising in adapting the operations and culture of financial institutions internationally in order to optimise market penetration. Greg is a guest speaker on international strategic leadership and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management.
