Acerca del autor

Jane K. Cleland is an author, educator, corporate trainer, and keynote speaker. Her clients have included leading organizations in finance, pharmaceuticals, advertising, and education, as well as governmental agencies throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. She’s worked with IBM, American Express, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pfizer, the Hong Kong Bureau of Trade, the State of Ohio, and the Universities of Ulster and Toledo, among scores of other top organizations. In addition, Jane is the Director of the Program for Professional Communications at Lehman College (part of the City University of New York) and a lecturer in the college’s English Department.
