This book was very informational on several different diets. It explained in simply terms, it also explained the benefits and consequences of each diets. Not only that had great recipes for each diet plan. I disagree with a comment about "misinformation". Info in book is quite accurate to my nutritionist information. Read and compare other info with book.

This book does not speak about keto diet but about Dukan diet. The presentation is misleading as they do not even mention Dukan. I was really annoyed. I have enough books about Dukan method, for sure I didn't need another one!

There are so many factual inaccuracies and grammatical errors, much miss-information and a general lack of food knowledge that this book is utterly worthless, even as a minor guide to beginning ANY diet!
