Formerly General Counsel to the Graphic Artists Guild, he also served as counsel for the Copyright Justice Coalition (which included the ASMP and the APA). He lives in New York City.

Chuck Delany is a professional photographer and writer specializing in curriculum development for adult education who was also the director of the New York Institute of Photography for many years. He lives in New York City.
