Feza Tabassum Azmi is Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Research, Aligarh Muslim University, India. Her primary area of interest is strategic human resource management. Her research papers have been published in various journals including International Journal of Human Resource Management, European Business Review, International Journal of Commerce and Management, Singapore Management Review, and Philippines Management Review, among others.
