Acerca del autor

Napoleon Hill (1883–1970) was an American self-help author, who is widely considered to be one of the greatest writers on success. His most famous work, 'Think and Grow Rich!' (1937), is one of the best-selling books of all time. In his book, Hill condenses stories of famous millionaires of his generation into principles of success we can all apply in our lives. Hill's philosophy of personal achievement, outlined in his 'Law of Success' and expounded upon in 'Think and Grow Rich!', has not only provided a foundation for modern motivation and self-help genres but continues to be considered a benchmark for motivational literature today. Born into poverty in a one-room cabin in Southwest Virginia, Hill went from being a newspaper reporter to working as an advisor to President Woodrow Wilson during World War I. His close association with steel magnate Andrew Carnegie led to the creation of his 'Law of Success' philosophy which became the bedrock of his subsequent writings. Hill's work insisted on the power of personal beliefs and the role they play in personal success. 'What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve' is one of Hill's hallmark expressions. His work has influenced an entire genre of personal development literature, and his books continue to be popular for those interested in questions of wealth, personal success, and self-empowerment.
