Myron J. Beard, PhD, is a business psychologist and world-class consultant, author, and speaker. He has worked with thousands of executives on facilitating strategy development; creating high-performing teams; leading international merger integration efforts; and working with companies to assist them in their restructuring efforts. He has worked extensively in health care, including with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente, Colorado Children's Hospital, Presbyterian Healthcare, Carondelet Health System, Grand River Health, and Gunnison Valley Healthcare.

Alan Weiss has authored 64 books and is the only non-journalist in history to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Press Institute.
