David K. McCulloch, MD, is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle. He has worked in the field of clinical diabetes innovation for almost thirty years and has over eighty publications on a wide variety of diabetes-related topics. Since 1994, he has been the senior diabetes specialist at Group Health Cooperative, a healthcare organization in Washington state with over half a million enrolled members.
