Disappointing that some of the best lines have been removed. Particularly in the Petruchio/Katherine exchange ("women are made to bear, and so are you", "what, with my tongue in your tail", etc.) I'll have to find a complete version somewhere else.

Good book by Shakespeare, definitely a classic. However, it does have many old English phrases so if you don't know the plot, you might not understand much of it.
