This was pretty fun to read. I enjoyed the dual point of view. The romance was slow burn, sweet, and a bit hot. I also enjoyed learning a bit about wine making since it was a key part of the setting and characters in the story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review, but my opinions are my own.

Oof! Evan completely broke my heart in this book. He’s carrying around so much family baggage, I’m amazed he can get anything done in a day. Mind you, all that emotional scarring is what’s driving him to be the most successful, the very best, he possibly can be. Marguerite has a slightly different family legacy she’s trying to honor, but it’s one that’d driving her just as relentlessly. It was a lot of fun watching these two together. Their chemistry is easy to see from the first moments they’re on the page together and I was quickly invested in seeing them find their happy ever after. I just wish I could have seen the people who wronged Marguerite, and set this whole chain of events in motion, get their just desserts. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book through Booksprout.

This was enticing, sexy, intriguing, and entertaining. I was hooked from the beginning with Marguerite and Evan. The story sucked me in and I loved that they are real and have raw emotions and are both trying to move on from their pasts.
