I love being back in the Qurilixen World and this newest release did not disappoint. Warrior Prince focus on Prince Zoran, second son Commander of the Draig military and Pia Korbin, but the other Princes will appear too. They are both strong characters, she is in denial when called beautiful and he has his work cut out for him in making him believe it. Watching them together was fun, fate put their life to cross and the pull cannot be denied but it was an up hill battle with a HEA.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this extremely well-written, fascinating dragon shifter romance. The plot has outstanding world building with splendid scene descriptions & is quite intriguing with some very interesting, suspenseful situations. There are some character crossovers but this book can easily stand on its own although I would suggest reading the series in sequence to fully understand the underlying storyline. The characters are interesting with opposing personalities & are inclined to be quite confrontational but they entwine quite well with each other later on in the storyline. It is about: a strong-willed female assassin (Pia Corbin) who is badly scarred kills the mayor’s son for trying to rape her on a mafia-like planet (Rayvic) but she manages to escape & strikes a bargain with the “Galaxy Brides Ship” to help remove the scars & to change her appearance by becoming a bride. Pia finds herself on a barbarian planet (Qurilixian) where she is chosen as a bride by a warrior captain dragon shifter (Prince Zoran) but Pia is not very trustful & the battle for her heart begins while danger rears its ugly head. There is: Draigs (dragon shifters), Vars (cat shifters), rivalry, fated mates, adventure, action, intrigue, suspense, twists & turns, drama, secrets, mystery, deceit, betrayal, devious plans, threats, danger, attacks, conflict, violence, vengeful feelings, insecurities, devastating memories, irritation, disbelief, confusion, suspicions, misunderstandings, complications, vulnerabilities, distrust, disagreements, defiance, attractions, blatant blackmail, determination, mischievousness, compromises, some discipline/ spanking, mild bondage, contentment, some steam & a hard-earned satisfying conclusion. I enjoyed reading this book & would recommend it.

In book 4 of the Dragon Lords we learn of Pia Korbin and Prince Zoran story. Pia Korbin needed to disappear fast she had gotten in to trouble and killed a man when he tried to attack and rape her. She had a problem when she was young she had been badly burned and scared for life which now would make it difficult to run and hide .So when she learns of Galaxy Bride's she meets with them and offers to sign a contract if they can help fix her. They agree and the surgeries go well but it does not help with how she see's herself ugly and unwanted. Pia and the other girls arrive on the planet for the breeding festivity. Pia thinks she will be one of the girls not to be chosen and is surprised and outraged when she is. Pia thinks this is a game that the handsome man that has her is only mocking her for how unattractive she feels never believing for one moment she is one of the most beautiful he has ever seen. Zoran is the strong fearless leader of the Royal Army but when he sees Pia for the first time he loses all resolve she is he's to have and conquer. He has never been affect by a woman so beautiful before. He soon learn he's beautiful little Pia is not so delicate like the flower he believes her to be .She is strong and stubborn and fights him and his decisions every step of the way Gods how he loves this woman. Pia is every bit the warrior she has been though to be while growing up to be never really learning how to love or be a women she always was a loner only having to fend for herself and she did a good job of it. Pia and Zoran love each other but have funny ways of showing it he want only to protect her but she want freedom to do how she pleases. When danger appears at every corner and lies and truth come hand in hand it will test how strong they really are and how much they really need one another showing them they truly belong to each other .
