PD Dr. Oliver Thomas ist stellvertretender Forschungsbereichsleiter und Leiter der Forschungsgruppe Business Process Management am Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik (IWi) im Deutschen Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI), an der Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken, und Associate Professor an der Aoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo (Japan).
