My Delhaize app is your go-to for quick and easy shopping. Both online and in shop!
Download the Delhaize app and discover all its advantages:
1. Every Thursday new promotions and exclusive online offers;
2. Your digital SuperPlus card always at hand;
3. Order your groceries 24/24h and 7/7 days, pick them up or have them delivered the very next day;

Great app! It has very minor issues, but overall works really well. Very easy to order, to track, good suggestions based on previous orders, not to forget important stuff. Promotions are working well as well as collecting the points and claiming them. Also delivery is mostly good, we just had 1 really bad experience. The only annoying thing is that it takes forever to open on slow or no internet (in the store), when I just want to scan my Delhaize card.

The last update is absolutely awful. There was no need to change the UX/UI design. Now it's a cluster of various font weight, colors, margin and sizes that are very distracting, painful to the sight and makes the navigation uneasy. I'm visually impaired and before the update I had no issue with this app, even the absence of a dark mode was somehow forgivable because it was a nice and steady app to use. Now I cannot read half of whats on the screen. Thank you for not caring about those customers.

Our intention was to improve the user experience, but it is clear that we did not meet this goal for all our users. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we take your concerns very seriously. We are currently reviewing all feedback from our users and working on adjustments (if possible) to address the issues mentioned.

I'm not happy with the changes to the app, & it used to be the best of the shopping apps! I used to be able to have one tab open with the promotions, then could switch to the first tab for searching or checking what I'd already added to my cart, or the profile tab to check previously bought items, & got back to the promotions without losing my place. Now there's only 1 tab, and if I go back to the main screen, my place in the promotions list is lost, & I'm back at the top! Old app was easier!!
