Over the past year, the app is getting worse. The app is so cluttered and bolted down by many things loading up in the background when launching. The search filed has a mind of its own, inserting words before anything can be typed. Feels very intrusive sometimes. The account sign in and sync often have problems. The search results are good and relevant-which is a saving grace.

Bing has slowly deteriorated over the years. Especially, when you're trying to use the search for bing points. Every search that I do for points does not count or register after 3 to 4 search attempts. This happens not only on this app, but the pc and Xbox as well. The new Bing system is very buggy and needs to be patched through for an update, I'm unable to keep a streak going due to frustration from searches not registering. The quizzes are the only activity that rewards points as it should.

This is the first time I'm ever writing a review but this app was so bad I absolutely had to. I's waaaay too cluttered for me, but mainly, ITS SO SLOW. I can't describe how slow it is compared when doing anything. I press a button to go back a page and I can literally count to 10. By no means is my phone slow--I can run COD mobile and other shooter games smooth but not this simple search app. Even worse, I can't even load the app now--it just shows the bing logo. I've tried clearing cache too.
