Most of the time, I'm happy with the app. But I use my shopping list to help me see what coupons are applied and it gives me the cost but when I go to my local Dollar General the price doesn't match my shopping list price and the associates aren't allowed to fix the price to match the app. That's irritating to expect one price and pay a different. Especially when you live on a budget $5-10 makes a difference

This app would be highly recommended, but it barely works. Especially in the actual store, it takes forever to load, so you have no way of checking coupons when you need them. Right now, every time I open the app, it says ERROR, and I've uninstalled several times. Just updated it and still says error. Overall, it's a good store that has great deals, but the app could use a bit of work.

This app could be useful if the in-store wifi they "offer" would work. You used to could get a lot of good deals using the digital coupons in the app, but they've made a lot of changes, so you can't stack them to save more like in the past. Fewer and fewer products attach to both a manufacturer's and a store coupon. So far all of the changes that DG has made has been at the expense of their customer. Leaving us to search for better deals elsewhere.
