I got the AI recognition bird house. It's okay. It does notify me and take a video of when a bird is there. And if that's all they offered it'd be 5 stars. However, because I originally bought it for AI recognition it lost a lot of stars. Not only has it several times incorrectly labeled many birds as a different type of bird, but once when I was changing the water I was labeled a bird. I wish there was a way to report to help AI better recognize the bird species.

The app has always worked fine for me. The issue is business practices. if I get an alert and need to check my camera in a hurry to see what's going on, I should not be met with an ad. I turn off the third party ads, and every time the app updates it turns them back on automatically meaning at any point I could try to open my app and not be able to see my camera as quickly. I understand that ad revenue is important, but there has to be a better way

it's frustrating that you have to buy multiple different packages on 1 camera to receive all services, you should be able to purchase one package and receive all services without it being extremely high in price for multiple. I also think that you should get a certain amount of GB free on the cloud it provides similar to Google cloud they give you so many free GB before having to purchase more, for more space. so I do not like that it will not record unless you purchase or have sim.
