Can't even sign up to be a courier, tried with 3 different emails: The first one is stuck to the bank info verification stage where it keeps sending me emails to retry because there is an error (there isn't). The second and third ones got rejected because according to them I haven't uploaded the necessary documents within 30 days, even though I literally started the process less than 24 hours before the rejection! Trying to contact them only leads to a useless automated response. Insulting.

The app is very funny. I don't understand is this signing in thing. With other apps, you can just go online and start receiving orders. But with this app you need to book slots all the time. you can't go offline if something happened. You can't cancel those slots. Any order you receive you can't cancel, you are forced to complete the order no matter where you have to drive to. Another thing that is so frustrating is the fact that you can't sign in everywhere, only in highlighted places.

The one of worst thing in glovo, you can't reach to customer service except you have order, otherwise no one, they won't respond to you, It's probable that you receive an order, but when you arrive at the pickup location, the application reassigns a new order, and you don't receive any money. That's a waste of time and money. If you cancel an order in Glovo, it's like committing a crime. This happened to me after I accepted an order
