Passport scan functionality doesn't work. Was excited for it so we could skip the check in line but I have a brand new Samsung and my passport is also new, yet it always says there was some error. Same with all our other Androids and my partner's iPhone. Finally got it to work after an hour and maybe 100 tries, so the information was all fine. It's just not sensitive enough or something.

I've booked 3 flights with it. My only complaint is the baggage part is confusing. After I've paid for extra baggage and ready to finish, it asks me to do it again. So then I'm thinking, did my initial booking not go through correctly? It would be nice if it showed what you already paid for when trying to sell you more baggage allowance. I would like to recieve pop up notifications for delays and changes too.

This app/airline is an awful confusing mess. Why can't you just screenshot the ticket, why are you scanning qr codes at bag drop and giving the app more permissions, instead of it scanning your qr code there? Somehow, I have two accounts with the same email (because of FB login), but the FB one doesn't work, just successfully logs me into the app without error... But doesn't actually log me in. The whole thing is an amateur hour sh*tshow, along with their website. Nickel and dime you too.
