1. Prepaid plan, was converted to monthly plan without my knowledge, i only rece8ved msg about coming bill, so i am enforced to terminate my favourite number. 2. Mobile internet is bad. Loosing network sign in, wheather I use router or mobile hotspot, I need to restart device, so the sin can get proper setup. After moving with my router, it doesn't work at all.

Ok, but a bit buggy. Frequent "Oops something went wrong" message popups. No esim support when using the app on android (I was told it was supported by the sales lady but failed to mention only on iPhone), no way to use google pay with the wallet (even Du supports Google wallet and samsung pay on its app). No multi-sim support for phone and tablet either. So this app is ok, but limited. Hoping it will catch up or will be moving back to etisalat after contract up.

The offers and support are one to nothing. The ordering and delivery are ridiculous. I ordered my home 5G internet on the web portal (because the application failed to process the order), and the advertised 60-minute delivery turned out 5 hours with no trace of it. Contacting support many times and all they could do is assure me that they are taking care .. they eventually gave up on delivery, asking me to re-order via the app. Got me trapped at home during my day off Shame on you Virgin
