*We have updated our login experience. If you are having difficulty logging in, please take a moment to register a new UserID and Password, even if you had an online account in the past. It only takes a few minutes and gives you easy access to great features and information about your account! Just click the Register Account link on the app. All you need is your current email address and your account number. Once you register your online account, head back to the app where you can set up the convenience of biometric authentication.

Ratings and reviews

App harasses you for your fingerprints when you log in. There's not an option to opt out. If you decline it pops up a window you have to press Ok on. It does this every. single. time. It can't be turned off, and it logs you out quickly. Other than that it seems to work, but I hate using it.

I like that you can view multiple accounts in one place, but the app is plagued by bugs. Logging in is always frustrating on the app as over 75% of the time it will shut itself down or tell you your password is wrong, even if you were just logged in to the app. This bug kind of defeats the whole purpose of having the app if you can't login and have to instead login online. If you want to add an account, the self add feature always fails when you enter in your last name.

Ridiculous. It's been a month since ive been able to login. Every time i try it says unknown error occurred. I have to go to the website again this month just to pay my bill, again. 30 days later and its still not fixed. Whoever is in charge of the app needs to fix it. (3 Years later and still having issues using the app. Absolutely ridiculous. Can surely take our money with no problems. You would figure they would be quick to fix it since you can pay your bill through the app if it worked.)
