The app worked great until after my first client. The only reason I'm leaving stars is because as far as scheduling, I'm good (knock on wood, I've seen some of the other recent reviews) but I struggle w/ every single customer trying to cash them out. I have to use a completely other app to do so. Extremely frustrating for the amount of money I paid for this app.

Literally completely and utterly useless. it's been getting worse and worse over the last 3 years, but now, after updating 2 days ago, cannot even use it at all. First it stopped processing credit card payments. I contacted support, they insisted it's my device in spite of the fact I have 2 different devices BOTH having the same problem. then it stopped letting me store credit card to secure appointments. Have to go to website. Now the app takes me to website. USELESS.

This app is only decent if you remember to catch every little glitch. They can happen 10 different ways. People can book outside of your set schedule once they find a glitch in the system. It's frustrating that the system isn't more intuitive and user friendly. I'm always worried someone will be able to schedule a service at time that's not even during my business hours cause it's happened 3x in a month. They also nickel and dime you for every little feature they have available or add on.
